All this effort to make a arm, but anyone can make an arm. An arm will pretty much make itself, if you do it right. If you have two children, then you've made four arms, just by following your natural urges--no extra, out-of-the-way effort needed. And if someone loses an arm, well, then, his whole life will soon be lost as well--so be it. Either you lose your life before your arm, or you lose your arm before your life. Whichever way it goes, in the end you lose both.
